Guarantee? The cost of the rental period must be paid prior to arrival, including a deposit which is equal to 1 month's rent. The deposit will be refunded upon departure after checking the apartment.

What is the shortest rental period? You can reserve an apartment for a period of 1 week!

Maximum number of residents?Our apartments are suitable for up to 3 people. The third person can use the comfortable sofa in the living room.

Linen? We offer optional twice weekly cleaning, as well as change of linen bedding and towels. This is not a mandatory service, so if they are not included in your contract, you need to bring bedding.
