The business apartments are fully-equipped and furnished according to the description on this site,and come with or without linen or cleaning service.
From € 1200 per month (price includes water, heating, electricity), TV with cable network, and Internet connection)
Optional linen change and 2-weekly cleaning - From € 375 per week OR From € 1300 per month
Parking possible at € 150 per month
Mandatory final cleaning € 150 with reservation of 1 or 2 months, € 250 with reservation for 3 months or longer - deposit of 1 month’s rent money

A reservation may be cancelled without charge at least 14 days prior to arrival. If such notice is not given, 7 days (in the case of a one week booking) OR 14 days (in the case of a one month booking) will be charged.
Payment can be in cash, by bank or credit card
Check-in time on the day of arrival is from 14:00 hr (we will always ask for your arrival time in advance).
Check-out time on the day of departure is 11:00 hr.
